I have a problem with Islam please help?

I find the religion and culture of Islam offensive, how can I be more sensitive to the religion and culture of Islam. I have seen Muslims before but never their creed. Their creed is something I was never used to until they invaded my neighborhood. Now they are telling everybody that they are offended by non-Muslim women not covering themselves. Should I be sensitive to there needs?
