I have know this boy since my high school junior yr. He was a senior then. But now I graduated from high school and he's a college sophomore. I will be freshmen. He is Pakistani muslim. I am Sikh Indian. I send him a friend request on facebook and he accepted me. In high school he was in my class. He sometime looked at me in class. He looked at me in hallways I pretended not to look at him. On facebook he does not have any girls that are Indian only abt 3 american, rest are boys? I asked him why don't you add more girls to your list? He said he don't need that many girls. When i asked him his number he gave me it. but i don't have txting so i can't txt just chat him on facebook. We chat abt 1 or 2 hours after 2 or 3 weeks. I became friends with him in April 2011. We starting chatting in May 6 he chatted first, May 13 I chatted , May 20 he chatted , June 4 he chatted, June 20 i chatted, june 21 he told me to come tommorow to chat with him. I talk abt college? What Happens at a show cause hearing?

I am ordered to appear (as plaintiff) at a show cause hearing for violation of a personal protection order. I filed the violation in September and they ordered a bench warrant but I had trouble serving the paperwork. Did the bench warrant turn to a show cause because of failure to serve? What can I expect to happen on this date? Do I have to relive the whole thing? On the 60 day, the purge payment was made to the courts/plaintiff, however, the plaintiff refused to advise the courts(that day) that there were additional payments($1,000.00) made to them(through withholding order) in the month of JUNE, which would have eliminated the $1,000.00 that was due for that month(June). (there were also payments made in July, but equaled the amount due, yet still not disclosed to the courts) The plaintiff also had additional opportunities to disclose to the courts of these payments yet refused, therefore, the defendant was ordered to pay the due amount($1,000.00) for the month of June, again. This same scenario was performed by the plaintiff at a previous time. After the defendant was found guilty of something they knew they did not do, they diligently researched, reviewed and obtained documents presented and not presented to the courts(including authentic payment documentation) which clearly show there was not an arrearage of $2,500.00 and that after the purge payment the defendant was overpaid to the plaintiff. This issue was submitted to the courts in a later hearing and in response the plaintiff stated that the matter was moot, cannot be reheard and that no appeal had been made. So to sum this up, (defendants theory)plaintiff intentionally submitted false documents to maliciously prosecute the defendant and through the plaintiff's intentional refusal to disclose payments they received, committed felony theft(over $500.00). In Maryland there is no statue of limitations on felony theft. QUESTIONS ARE; Would this actually be considered theft? Could this be prosecutable? Note: The plaintiff is in the legal profession, knows they intentionally committed a criminal act, thought that the defendant would accept the guilty verdict and forget about it. This is not the first time plaintiff has done this. It is not just the money, the principal and the fact that the plaintiff requested incarceration of the defendant for something they did not do. Additional Note: defendant is financially hard-shipped and is aware of contacting counsel, but cannot afford it, earns to much for any free legal counsel. Are Zelda games better suited for Mario fans or COD fans?

So I was thinking about asking for the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D and Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword for Christmas this year. Both of them look so much fun on youtube videos but I'm just not sure. Also, I'm a mario fan. I like every mario game. I can't remember what court TV show it was (People's Court, Judge Judy, etc.), all I remember are the details of the case. The defendant was the plaintiff's mother-in-law (or at least the mother of her boyfriend) and she was bat-**** crazy. At one point she called in a bomb threat to the plaintiff's work and the plaintiff had to quit because of the drama. How to make a long oval face more round?

you can't change your face shape. Wierd I actually have a more roundish face and wish I had an oval face. Why am i feeling tired all the time?

I hate my life, feeling suicidal, what should I do with this life?

I've had adhd since I was born. I was bullied and picked on every year. I'm surprised how I've been able to get my diploma and now I'm working on getting a college degree. I feel like my life has no purpose. I used to be a faithful muslim but I became agnostic due to lack of evidence of life after death and God. I'm taking anti depressants but they don't seem to work. I am the plaintiff and I servered the defendant attorney with a notice of deposition. The day before the depo at the very last minute he served me with a Motion to Quash. The problem is that he did not and had no intention to serve the court. A temporary protection order against me was served to my family's house where i used to live but have since moved. My brother had sent me a text saying that summons had been dropped off but no other information. I contacted the person who had filed against me via text asking what the paperwork was, I thought she was pressing charges due to a drunken voicemail I had left the week before. She explained to me, via text, that it was a temporary restraining order not a summons. I ceased communication with her and haven't contacted her since. I went to my parents house to pick up the paperwork the following day and read the order stating not to contact her. The hearing to decide if a permanent order will be issued is in a week. I wish to present myself in court as I am not a threat and do not wish to do the plaintiff any harm and I would like to prevent this from being on my public record. I am afraid that she will say I violated the TPO when I texted her to spite me for attending court and contesting. Is she able to do that? Am I in violation?

I use to like him when I was younger but as I got older I realized some of the stuff he says is a little bias.. I have already had two mediation session with a credit card company trying to sue me over an very old debt. Ok, so ever since I can remember I have not had any care or sympathy for other people. I described this in another forum and someone suggested I was a "sociopath" but I am not sure because I do not have evil thoughts or urges to actually hurt people myself. I hate my so much when they're drunk but why?

How old are you? I wouldn't kill yourself over this. I get really angry too when my parents drink. I hate the sight of drunk people. I get really annoyed and frightened by it too. Help with a small claims judgement.?

Earlier this year, I was summonsed to small claims court by a car dealership for $800. As the defendant, I showed up at the court on the date of the hearing, and the plaintiff did not, nor did they have any respresentation present. There were at least two others who were there for small court claims by the same dealership. The judge granted me the default judgement, with prejudice, based on the fact that the plaintiff did not show, nor had made any attempt to contact the court for a reason why. I just received another notice from the same dealership for the same matter in small claims court. Can they do this? What can I do about this?

I use to like him when I was younger but as I got older I realized some of the stuff he says is a little bias.. The show that was a major upset to me was when a plaintiff said something about her brother having a cell phone in prison, Judge Joe had gotten mad and called her stupid and dumb because he said its impossible to have a cell phone in prison. I know that you can set your own standards of what is and isnt cheating in a relationship. for example: some people are okay with their partner flirting or what not while others are not. Credit report says "state tax lien" what is this and what to do?

So I just did a credit report using Experian and my report is fine, but I found something under "bankruptcy and court judgements" something that says state tax lien. Under that I have the date filed, reference #, court location, under plaintiff it is empty, liability is $800, and nothing on asset amount. This is lowering my credit score by a bit. What exactly is this? How do I get rid of this and how did I get this? I am so confused. :( I've been getting state taxes deducted from my pay roll every pay day, so I don't see how I would owe the court anything. Help pleaaaaseeee. :( Thanks.
