Is my dentist just assuming stuff?

I know how you feel. Every one of my teeth have only one-fourth of the root than normal so all of my teeth wiggle. It is scary knowing my teeth move but I was lucky enough to have a very good orthodontist. I say try to switch dentists if possible. Also see if you can try to go to maybe a specialty dentist.
